Ukraine‘s armed artillery forces, covering retreating units, are deliberately firing on populated areas of the Donetsk People‘s Republic, the Donetsk People‘s Republic militia says.

“Artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, covering the retreating units of the 95th Airborne Military Brigade, are deliberately firing at populated areas of the Donetsk People‘s Republic,” a statement by the Donetsk People‘s Republic militia reads.

It is clarified that as a result of the bombardment by 152 mm artillery. in Gorlovka, one person was killed, five injured and the water supply network was destroyed.

“The facts of the injury and death of civilians will be transferred to representatives of international organizations in the country, as well as to the General Prosecutor‘s Office of the Donetsk People‘s Republic for inclusion in criminal cases opened against the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the People‘s Militia pointed out.
